Please include your app version from Settings, your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and the steps that led to the issue. If useful, attach a screenshot with personal and financial details hidden. Never send passwords, verification codes, biometric information or payment-app credentials.

Back up your records and attachments

Open Settings → Storage & backup → Export complete backup. Wait for the ZIP to finish, then use Save or Share to keep a copy in a destination you trust. The ZIP includes records and attachments and is not encrypted by My Gruha. Keep it private.

Restore a complete backup

In Storage & backup, choose Restore complete backup and select a My Gruha ZIP. Review the confirmation carefully: restoration replaces the current records and documents. Export your current data first. Local recovery copies are preserved by the app.

Optional iCloud sync

Enable Sync with iCloud in Storage & backup if you want records and attachments to synchronize across Apple devices. Use the same Apple account and check the displayed sync status. If sync needs attention, check internet connectivity and your iCloud account, then retry. Keep a complete ZIP backup before resolving conflicting versions.

Correcting payments and deposits

Open a payment or expense to view its details and choose Edit. Check the amount, date, property, tenant and rent month before saving. Bank-message import suggestions should be reviewed before recording. Deposit entries can be edited from the tenant’s deposit history; refunds and deductions cannot exceed the balance held.

Payment apps and reminders

My Gruha records your information. Opening a payment app does not complete or verify a transfer. Confirm the result in the payment app before recording a completed payment. Contact your bank or payment provider for transfer problems. Notification reminders are optional and depend on device permissions.
